A menu that reflects the landscape
Our menu tells you exactly where you are: in the Netherlands, high on the dunes, with a view of the sea. From the hotel, you can walk straight into the beautiful Kennemerduinen nature reserve.
That landscape is reflected on the plate. You’ll find fresh North Sea oysters, Haarlem burrata, and charcuterie made from wild game from the dunes. But also: kimchi from Bloemendaal cabbage, lamb neck cured in seawater, wild rocket pesto, venison coppa, and pheasant sausage. All sourced from the restaurant’s own backyard.
