At The Blonde, Head Chef Jurriaan Momberg takes center stage—bringing creativity, precision, and a deep respect for honest Dutch ingredients to every dish. Behind the scenes, SVH Master Chef Menno Post (formerly of Michelin-starred Olivijn and De Bokkedoorns) supports the team as Food & Beverage Manager, curating the menu and guiding the overall culinary direction. In a gesture of trust and mentorship, Menno is proud to put Jurriaan in the spotlight.
