Culinary Director Menno Post
The kitchen is led by Culinary Director Menno Post, SVH Master Chef and former owner of Michelin-starred restaurant Olivijn in Haarlem. Menno brings technical finesse and his signature style to the table.
Head Chef Jurriaan Momberg
In the kitchen, Head Chef Jurriaan Momberg brings his rich experience to life. After 17 years leading the restaurant operations at the Tropenmuseum, he shaped memorable hospitality concepts as General Manager of Eye Filmmuseum and Head Chef at The Hoxton. At The Blonde, his warm, creative approach translates into a generous and flavourful guest experience.
Together, they create a dining experience where simplicity meets depth. Each dish is grounded, precise, and built around local and Dutch ingredients.
